New hub won’t give internet

I have done everything possible to get my broadband box to provide a WiFi Connection.  I can connect to it.  Green lights are on.  But nothing loads on phone or iPad and it just says "no internet connection".

 I've done all the troubleshooting methods given online and etc.
 my Sky ID says I don't even have any products with Sky, other parts of the web page say I'm not the bill payer which is also untrue.
