New hub installed today, open reach says I'm connected but just have a red light on the hub.
Sky on line says I have a problem. I know that but how to resolve it.

Thanks for responding but eventually I got through to someone to speak to.
There is a fault on the line apparently and they have arranged for an engineer to come out from Openreach
