I have just received an upgrade to a new hub  do I need to do anything to my iPad so it recognises the new hub?

By default any new Hub will be broadcasting a new network name with a different password to the one you had before.

Sky Glass 55" (on ethernet) & two Stream Pucks (one ethernet / one WiFi)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

You would need to get your iPad to find your new Wifi neywork then connect to it using the password that came on the small card. You can do this via Settings > Wifi on the ipad - just select your new Wifi name.
