My hub uas had its activation date today, all went through but my hub has been blinking green for hours. Checked connection on my sky app and says no issues but my devices wont connect theres no internet connection

I called earlier and he said everything is connected skys end and it's saying I've used 1.6G today which is strange as I've not been able to use it.
