New higher speed broadband fitted today
I have had a updated broadband set up today by an engineer, it's displaying as connection to broadband router is fine but no Internet connection, was working fine when the engineer left over 3 hrs ago but suddenly has now gone off, I have checked all connections, turned everything off and on, reset broadband and TV and still not working

I have had fibre fitted and since then my internet keeps dropping out. I have worked from home for over 3 years now and never had an issue, even having over 200 people in a teams call, now I can't even have a 2 minute call with one of my colleagues on teams without it dropping

@Kristine2 if you connection is still down and a simple reboot of the Sky hub doesnt helpmcall Sky.

@Mitch32 your issue is unlikely to be connected tomthe issue in the post above. Difficult to diagnose from the few details you have given. However given full fibre connections are far more reliable than the older partial fibre something is not right. One issue we see a lot is issues with WiFi range especially where the hubs have been moved forcthe new connection or where customers had Sky Q boxes and now have the new white hubs. Could either apply in your case.? Also do devices near the hub lose connection?
