We had full fibre super fast installed, but have either not been able to connect to wi fi at all or it constantly drops out. We've had this for 24 hours ... can anyone help with this issue as my partner works from home (and I've got 2 teenage daughters)!
Sky tech dept have said problems can last up to 24 days until the line stabilises ... has anyone else experienced this as it will cause us major problems if it does continue.
any help would be greatly appreciated
