New fibre not working

Red light is on (LOS) the openreach box and I have no internet

When were you activated

 

LOS or loss of service would usually be an external fault and would need to be reported to sky

@Lee244 Red light LOS on your ONT you have no connection to the Exchange, can be for many reason's but only a call to sky is going to get that sorted out for you, unless it is a temporary fault glitch.

 

The service checker will also let you know if sky are aware off any specific faults local to you.
