@OMGIdontcare Did the Engineer say on departure that there may be further work that has to be carried out at the exchange so it may go on/off a few times, the installation when done it's normal that all green accross the board, the only thing you can do is give sky a call, they may just also treat it as up until midnight to get it all squared away!
