New fibre broadband installed today but keeps dropping out periodically

Hello, we had a new fibre connection installed today. It keeps dropping out for a few minutes then coming back on. There where issues at the time of install and took the engineers over an hour before the connection was resolved. Not sure if its related to the current issue.

@Wood13 What are you seeing when you look at the new ONT that was fitted! And also about the hub below that one!

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

I see 2 solid green lights above 1 flashing green light on the fibre hub. on the wifi router I see three solid green lights.

@Wood13 They all have names on them, so Power is solid Green, Pon is solid Green, Lan flashes with data back and forth from the ONT - Hub...

Ideally the SR203 you have 4 Green lights across the Board, Power Internet WiFi AND Voice. Last one voice may not be lit saying landline problem!
