Hello. Our router is now very old. Is it possible as a long term customer to get a faster new router on our same contract we pay? Please.

Which model do you currently have?

The Max Hub is the newest, Sky Broadband Hub is mainstream, Q Hubs will all be replaced over the next couple of years.
