New faster router won't let me access my ring door bell
Can't use my existing ring door bell now I've hot a super fast broadband band tried everything everything is in the same place just a new one plugged in

@Sarahme46 if your Ring doorbell is a few years old it msy require you to split the wifi bands on your new router so it can connect to the 2.4`GHz signal see Split Sky WiFi bands

Mine wouldn't work either with a 2nd gen ring doorbell and the new sky max router. Tried doing it with both 2.4ghz and 5ghz for about two weeks but still nothing. Tonight I have hard resent the ring doorbell to see if that helped and it's worked straight away.
