New delivery of router

Hi all,

I've just had a new router delivered (upgraded) . I have the SR203 set up now.

My question is that sky have also sent out a Sky Q hub which is the same as my old router. 

Do I somehow need to use both of them together or is it an error sending both out?

That sounds very much like an error, you only need one. If you're asked/required to send the Q back, please do ensure you keep the proof of postage as there are many reports of being being charged despite sending the routers back.

Cheers, my old router broke down so I'm guessing they have sent a replacement for that one despite me upgrading to the newer one.
