New customer, no appointment email confrimation?

Hello,

          So, i'm new to sky and unsure how these things work. We are moving into a new property next week and order sky in advanced naturally. I've had a debit from my acocunt and an emial to say i have signed up. 

 

But i havent had any emails or texts to say when an engineer is coming? From what i recall we picked next wed afternoon from memory. But was not sure if this was correct? :S

 

Once more sorry in advance i did try to check the app for details but it shows nothing?

Hello,

         No the tab is blank which is what is weird. As i mentioned they took payment but i cant track anything? :s

So, it may be i cant track my order because i used to be a sky customer years ago and used the same email address would this tripp the system?

@Chriiss possibly as your old ID and the new account have got confused.

 

I am escalating your post to a  Sky team whonsupport the forum who should be able to find your account.and drtails. They will send you an invitation to an online chat through the forum at which point a chat icon will appear on the forum pages

         It's no issues i spoke to a rep at the call center and it's all sorted! thanks for the help! 🙂
