New customers everything set up Wednesday working fine today gets a txt to say my broadband is now up and running (which it already was since Wednesday) however since this txt my internet connection now says it's down (connected to broadband but no internet). I've tried all the guides to get it back up and going but it just won't work

Yeah run the test on my phone says no problems but the tv is saying no internet connection there is an issue with your broadband but there's no number for me to ring
