New customer can't contact Sky

I am a new customer trying to purchase a Broadband deal however I need my router sent to a different address.  I have tried to contact Sky but receive an unhelpful automated message saying they don't recognise my number.  I just want to speak to a human in the Sales team.  Can anyone help?

@emmadollybow  Sky will only deliver to the address they have registered

Hubs are delivered via Royal Mail and you should have the opportunity to track it once it's been dispatched.
