New customer - broadband slow. Upgrade or exit?

Have just started with sky for broadband and it's running at a pathetic 33mbps. My previous provider managed 125 for the same price. 
I want to upgrade but the app says I have the fastest speed possible in my area.

should I cut and run? Still in first 2 weeks

@Bean27 when you signed up with Sky they will have given you a guaranteed minimum speed to the hub does the connection test in the My Sky app match that?
