New customer. With new sky box. Connected box and puck per instructions and still have No connecti
I've had New box and puck. I've connected as per instructions.
There is NO connection for either my T.V. or phone.
HELP PLEASE

@Rich152 by box I assume you mean a Sky hubif so what are the lights on the hub showing? See here for help https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
