New broadband is suppose to be at least 100mbp, upstairs is 32mpbs. I am only month in to contract
New broadband is suppose to be 100-150 mbp, upstairs is only 32.. I'm only 3 weeks into my contract.

'Upstairs' suggests WiFi, and the 100Mbs doesn't apply to that: it's minimum speed delivered to the Hub over the optical cable connection (or copper phone line for G.fast)
