New broadband hub - no activation date on box.

Just received my new broadband hub with instructions not to install it until the activation date shown on the box.

 

However there is no activation shown on the box that I have received.  How do I find out when I can install it ?

@EMC1863  Why was the new hub sent you? Did you upgrade your package with Sky or are you having fibre installed or did you take broadband boost?
