Today I got a replacement broadband hub, everything is connected properly but I still don’t have internet connection.
It's been more then two hours since engineer left.What should I do while I am waiting for someone to come around tomorow and fix it ? I need wifi for work.

Yes, they replaced the router, and there is no internet connection since then.I tried everything..

Unfortuntely he took it.
In the meantime I booked another engineer for tomorrow.
I was still wondering if anyone here experianced something similar.

Engineer fixed what other engineer messed up by cutting the wrong wires in the new switch.
It's all sorted.
