New broadband full fibre

Just had full finre 500 installed inain livinroom but the signal in the Back room is poor. Is there anything i can do to improve this as i was advised that the whole house would work fine.

What hub did you get ?

Did you take out the broadband boost or sky max subscription,

 

You should call sky on 150 from your sky landline or

 

Contact sky as below
