Anyone else annoyed that they can't change / take up the new broadband deal?

Are you unable to take up the FTTP Ultrafast, Ultrafast Plus etc, if not what deal are you referring to?

Passing on the tips I have learned in over 24 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.
