Hi. I can open the hub page at 192.168.0.1, but when I try to access the setting to disable wifi, it asks for a username and password.
I've tried admin and the supplied password to no avail and also tried any other combination of the supplied names passwords and pins I can find.
What am I doing wrong?

It was an alphabet error on the password.
I never knew I was dyslexic, until now.....

try using waterfox browser

@Gem1390 did you see the earlier replies? If its a new wifimax SR213 hub then the usernames admin passwords the same as the one for the WiFi printed on the hub. Be careful ur browser doesn't capitalise the A on admin. Hope it helps.

Find out more@Gem1390 there is a known issue with Apple devices running ios and Safari not being able to change settings on Sky hubs.. if that could be your issue use a different type of device but if you can't then use Chrome but be patient it make take a few times

Thank you for all your replies, I really appreciate it. The apple IOS thing could be the problem and I don't have another device to do it on unfortunately. I shall see if whomever pops over doesn't have an apple phone and get straight on it because I really have got to get this done asap.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write back to my message. I think it's likely to be the IOS problem. I've already jumped on it and asked somebody with a Samsung phone to pop round tomorrow, I just hope that this works.
