New broadband and hub

We have had new broadband router and hub installed today.  Engineer left us with us WiFi number and password.  We have managed to put them into our mobiles but tvs and Alexa we cannot connect and so we have no tv etc.  I have phoned sky twice and haven't really had much help - only to be told that we would have to wait until tomorrow for connection??  Frustrated had a perfectly good sky connection until midday today when the engineer called

@JRH1 what colour Sky hub have you got? If its a white hub go into the My Sky appand find tge Max Hubs advanced settings choose WiFi security level and change the setting from the default WPA3-T to tge okder WPA2. Some devices including some TVs dont like the newer standard.
