New address no connection but power and WiFi on green

The routers power light and WiFi is on but when I try to connect to my WiFi it connects for 10 seconds then goes to captive WiFi what is that. It tries to fix it. But can't. 
I own the property and the install was meant to take place over a week ago. The router arrived immediately but we have no internet or WiFi.

@Yaz777 you need to talk to Sky to sort the issue so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
