I received my new WiFi 6 max hub yesterday, followed instructions and plugged in as required. Ive yet to see a white light. It was static red light. We left it a while and then called sky who said it was running updates and would connect after an hour. Which is didn't. We gave up and plugged the black in back in for the night. We reconnected the WiFi now and there has been a slow flashing green light for an hour. Ive looked at sky app and no Internet issues. We're at a loss as to where to go next. Reluctant to call again coz it takes ages to get through and they generally tell me to do what ive already done. Any advice where to go from here?
