New SkyMax Hub not working with booster

Hi there,

We were sent the new SkyMax Hub and told that it would be faster than our original one; however, this isn't the case. The issue is that our old one worked well in our office (about 8 meters outside of our house in its own building). For this we used one booster, and we had quick speeds. We were called with the offer of the new broadband, saying it would be even faster and for a better price.

We have tried one booster and two boosters, but it's a really weak signal in the office still. Any advice?

@Natalia23 using wifi to link to an out building is never going to be idle especially for work. You either need to run an ethernet cable to the building from the hub or of that is totally impossible then consider using powerline networking adapters assuming the building is on the same consumer mains unit.
