New Sky user but have no Openreach ONT

I'm a new customer to Sky. Broadband should be available today but I have no Openreach ONT at home.  Very frustrated. May I know what to do? Thank you so much

@KSKUK you only need an ONT if your home has a full fibre supply in many homes the service is still delivered over the old copper phone system and the hub plugs into the master phone socket. If full fibre is part of your order thecenginerrcwill bring and fit the ONT as part of the install.

@KSKUK thecenginerrs have a number of jobs each day so cannot give you a time. They normally call or send a text a few minutes before they arrive
