New Sky broadband customer, help!
Recently switched to sky broadband from virgin and thus far the experience has been AWFUL. At a glance, It was a no brainer 900m/b a sec for £25. I was paying double that for half the speed with virgin, but it worked... seamlessly. To top it off, I've tried all the trouble shooting tips, to no avail and for the life of me, I cannot get hold of a human with virgin media, this wasn't an issue, you could contact an actual customer service agent!! If you call sky a bot will tell you "there's a problem with your line, check the condition of your broadband on the app" checked the app "your broadband is fine" It's utterly ridiculous, if I cancel within the 30 day cool down period?

@Dannyboy9820 Just call 150 on the landline connected to the sky hub, once you get queded then the first CS available will connect and talk to you! You need to say what you have and what you have done, the Forum is all customers like you and will help when possible!
