New Sky broadband box not connecting

I've tried to install my new Sky broadband box but after initially connecting it disconnected and hasn't come back on since. I've plugged my old Sky broadband box in and all connected ok? Is it ok to continue to use the old box and how do I order a new box?

Same issue here. New white Broadband Max box goes through set up for 20 minutes the 'fails to connect' Failed 3 times. 
I've tried to set up my original box, but now it won't work either........ need help SKY

@DPM75 Sky cannot match posts to accounts however I am escalating your post to the team as happened before BUT you need to click on the chat icon they will place on the forum page to start a private chat session.  It looks like you didn't do that last time. If you dont use the icon it disappears after 48 hours.
