I rang up last Thursday (14/3) regarding my sky hub failing not to connect to the internet and showing an amber light where a technician said they would be sending a new hub out within the next 3 working days since my hub connection has dropped and there was in underlying issue but it still not has arrived a week later, with no contact or email from Sky updating me of this.
Please resolve this issue for me.

Replacement routers usually arrive within a few days so it sounds like it was never sent out. The fastest way to get this sorted would be to call in however we can escalate your post on the forum so you can chat with an advisor if you prefer.
