New Sky Hub internet not working

Recently moved into a new flat and purchased the sky hub broadband, activation date was few days ago and service checker says everything is okay but no green light on the internet?

Tried resetting and listening to the advice from Sky but no luck? any help would be appreciated

@Olly16 What do you have, and what have you done! Also confirm that you have recieved the activation off the system text from either OR or better still from Sky!

Do you get a dial tone if you plug a phone in the back of the router, or directly into the socket ?

 

Do you get any lights at all on the router?
