I appreciate the info but there is clearly a problem with my line and Sky have made it clear they are unwilling to even acknowledge it even though there's obviously an issue when they're saying my line is only capable of speeds that are over 5x slower than what I had in years previous. They said I can just cancel it because it's within the first 30 days or whatever so I'll just do that. If no one will fix the line then atleast I can get a plan that isn't charging me for speeds I'm apparently not going to get anymore. Thanks again for the input.
