I have a new SR203 router which worked great for a whole 6 hours then the orange internet light came on and will not go out.
I have tried switching the power on and off and resetting the router - none have worked.
The old sky router (sky q hub) works fine when plugged back in.
Any ideas?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Peter+Luffrum that is an odd issue I would reset the new hub by pressing and holding in the reset pin until the power light flashes. If after that it still wont connect I would call Sky to get the unit swapped out.

Really strange, now just have a red power light and nothing else.. Will not turn green
