Sky sent us a new router, which obviously has a new username and password for WiFi this has been fine for all other family members except my son. He has a PS4 and for some reason his Apex game which is a disk game that was working absolutely fine before the router is now not working - we get it to the loading page and then we get a white screen and then a black screen that says something about not able to connect to/using SSL. I have tried what feels like everything and am loosing the will, is anyone able to help/advise point me in the right direction as he is desperate to get back online with his friends?!?!?! Any help will be greatly appreciated, I have tried turning off and back on PS and router, re setting, making sure that the PS is connected via WiFi, other games work on PS4 just not Apex. A friend of mine talked me through changing some router settings but still doesnt seem to be working so am at a complete loss other than to call Sky as to how to get this working again.
