New PC seeing Sky modem but not allowing me to connect

Hi,

I have just bought a new PC windows 11 and i7 processor with a WiFi dongle.  My WiFi works with my MacBook, SkyQ, iPhones and iPads but my new PC is connected but won't let me use the internet🤨
