New My Sky Broadband Order Order placed: 02/04/2026 Sky Max Hub delivery Delivered - Wednesday 1st A
Problem with Broadband.. again . Second Broadband today April 6th same Engineer came today and he said that after his last visit two or three weeks He said the main Qbox needed to be changed but Sky failed to send one.
So six hours later, same day there's a problem with the new broad band!!

@Myurngym Sky Q which is a TV Box can't stop your broadband working nor would changing it resolve any broadband issues.
Do you mean the broadband router is at fault?

After three or so days after a sky engineer spent about 1hour and reported back that the main Q box still hasn't been sent. My engineer will come after 1 week. I have the same problem for weeks and I want to cancel my Sky package after 21 years Ian 83 years old and on my own.
