New Max Pod will not connect to Max router. Does all the blinking but then disconnects. Showing as online in My Sky. I'm a new customer to Sky and am having problems with the wi fi connection since BT fitted the new fibre connection. Not impressed.

Find out more@SueQ55 you do need Sky's help but to avoid a phone call I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use..
