New Internet install not working - but the ont shows 3 green lights
As Title, I've had a new install of Sky through CityFibre network yesterday morning
They installed the Nokia XS-010X-Q ONT it initally just had the power and pon lights, but later on i got a text from sky to same i'm connected and the data light went green.
Sky did an absoultely wonderful job of killing my virgin media connection....
The wifi max hub (SR213 - HUB6 v1) just doesn't want to connect at all - when i connect to it i get a connection diagnostics popup which is all about ADSL
When I log into the dashboard I can see
Port Detail:WAN is not connected
under Gateway > Connection > Sky Network
I definitely connected the ONT to the WAN port 4 on the router
Tried different known working cables
I also have flint2 openwrt router
I tried connecting that, it did at least detect that it was connected, the ont data light went yellow (since the router supports 2.5g)
But again I didn't get any connection with or without a clientID anything@skydsl|anything converted to hex
At this stage is there anything I can do?
I've phoned up a couple of times but there doesn't seem to be anything they can do, other than put me in the queue to eventually be looked at by the technical team
The signal at my house sucks, so I can't really do anything at the moment online

@MS99 Not much you can do but call sky and make sure the activation is correct at both the sky and the CF end off the chain.
