Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Lisa6083 if your new hub is the white Sky hub that would explain the issue.First point is to go into the Hub's advanced settings in the My Sky app and changecthecwifi security level from wpa3-t to wpa2 which should sort the TV's connection.
The new hubs are not compatable with Sky Q boxes but can be made towork but you lose the wifi hot spots the Q boxes provide when linked to the older black hubs see here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-q-do-you-have-a-sky-hub

Hi, Thank you for your response, however I am now at the end of my teather with it all, I have reset the main Sky Q hub several times now and I cannot watch any apps for more than 5 minutes with it coming up with the no connection message, I havent been able to use my mini boxes for over 8 days now, our CCTV around the house will not connect to the wifi, I have an engineer booked but they are not coming for a while as I cannot take time of work to wait in at home, I am very disheartned with SKY, after 16 years if this cannot be fixed by the engeineer I am afraid SKY has lost a customer.
The advisors have not been helpful, I pay a fortune for the service and for over 8 days now have got nothing, after a hard days work I just want to relax in front of the TV and I can't.
This has been very frustrating.
