New Customer - LG TV won’t connect to WiFi

Hello, 

just moved over to sky from BT. Everything else is connected up but LG smart tv will not connect. The WiFi signal is being picked up but it will not accept the password. 
I've reset both router and tv but this hasn't solved it. There is no WPS option on the tv. 
can anyone help?

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3-T to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.
