Hi, I am a brand new customer to Sky and had my broadband installed yesterday. All was fine, but we have woken up this morning to find all previously connected devices have been disconnected.
I'm hoping this is a one off, perhaps due to my old supplier disconnecting their services, though they are totally separate lines (previously with VM).
Has anyone else had this issue?
