New Broadband

Hello,

 

I've recently had an upgrade to broadband which has been an ordeal, delays, no shows from supply chain etc. Two issues that I need to escalate to Sky are :-

 

New broadband quality is poor and I tend to revert to mobile data insterad of Wifi in areas of the house.

 

The quality of the install  by Sky third party is not satisfactory - cable untidy and no containment installed for new fibre cable.

 

Sky services please assist and respond to concerns.

@SKY87874 When you post on the Forum you are NOT talking to sky, so either a complaint to them or a call to sky CS agent is your options!
