Never ever got new hub which supposed to come together with new plan "Superfast "broadband

Hello. I have never ever got new hub. I would like to get it, because broadband is really slowly. How can I get it,pls?

What hub do you have at the minute?

Do you have sky q with more than 1 q mini box?
