Netflix thinks I am using a vpn, but irs turned off

New sky max hub set up yesterday, Netflix now thinks I am using a vpn but that's been turned off, spoke to Netflix they say isp provider, who say app provider, anyone?

@blue+brazillian the Netflix system can throw errors but it is based on the IP4 address Sky have given your connection giving a wrong result for who it belongs to. Easiest fix is to power down your Sky hub for an hour as thst should give you a new IP4 address. Alternatively if you are comfortable using the hubs we b interface at 102.268.0.1 use thst to force a disconnection .

Slight correction: the Hub web interface is on 192.168.0.1
