Hello it's bedroom put the light comes on but tv keeps telling me no internet could come out and sort it please it's been in from 12 November it will not connect

@CaroleDonkin You need to call sky, landline dial 150, if you have a sky mobile then 150 that way also. YOU are not talking with sky Customer Service when you post on the Forum!

Have you got direct number person to talk to always put talk need talk to person

@CaroleDonkin It is unfortunate but sky forbid the use off the number to be posted on the Forum that is why 150 dialled is the best to get you to the Next available Customer Service agent, you can then speak and request someone, do not be surprised if they charge you for that body to come and setup the TV for you!
