Hi is there anyway I can speak to somebody on line chat had ope reach out to sort it bit they said it's my router a d cannot get hold of anybody at sky

Yeah there was a fault with the line he fixed it but when he tested my router he said it's faulty as only getting 6mbps bit there is 87mbps comming into the house
