Need to speak to an advisor

I have tried phoning and messaging sky to speak to them about moving my broadband to new property, and to change the type of broadband i have. It syas on my account that i have booked a home move, but i have not! and now can't do anything or speak to someone. I really need someone to make contact with me

Sky won't contact you. They won't know who you are from your post. You need to initiate contact.
