Need to setup wifi smart plug

I am trying to setup my smart plug (wifi) which allows me to switch on the lights in the garden via my phone.   My son tells me that on the router it doesnt display the sky hub admin password when he goes on 192.168.0.1.  We need the admin password in order to change the speed to 2.4ghxz temporaroily to work with my smart plug.  Can someone techy help - the helpdesk hasnt got a clue
