Elderly friend has moves into a retirement flat. I sorted out his broadband and he is now a Sky customer. Sky sent TWO broadband routers, one in my name and one in his.
I need to return the unopened box from Sky with a new router in it. I am struggling to make contact to get a returns label.
Any suggestions?

Re: Need to return excess broadband router
If you have a printer then you can print the return lable via here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband
Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

Re: Need to return excess broadband router
@BobM15 No problem just wondered in case you had the older sky hub or the sky Q as they are being phased out and sky where killing two birds at the same time, but the Sky Broadband Hub you have is good!
You can also have the post office do the printed label just follow the steps on the link that was sent to you!
